Luke Williams

Founder & Principal Designer

Luke Williams is the founder and principal designer at Williams Outdoors. Originally from Ontario, he spent many years living in Scotland, studying Landscape Architecture in Edinburgh and travelling extensively through Europe. Along the way, he deepened his understanding of landscapes, architecture, and stonework by exploring historic cities and timeless design traditions. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in design, construction, and project leadership, Luke brings a deep appreciation for both form and function. His approach is holistic and detail-driven—shaped by European influences and grounded in the rugged beauty of Southern Georgian Bay.

In the winter months, Luke continues his passion for the outdoors as a longtime snowboard instructor, trainer and coach - and now enjoys introducing the sport to his two boys.
